    • Tungsten Carbide Vs Ruby: As a metallic alloy, tungsten carbide is less brittle than ruby while having excellent performance in printing highly-abrasive filaments like carbon fiber / glass fiber infused, metal-filled and glow-in-dark materials; Tungsten Carbide is 3X more thermal conductive than ruby;

       

    • Diamond PCD: Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) tip has much higher hardness than other nozzle tip materials like hardened steel, tungsten carbide and even genuine ruby. It can provide best-in-class durability and resistance to highly-abrasive filaments like carbon fiber, glass-infused materials, or metal-filled filaments; PCD possesses exceptional thermal conductivity, making it highly efficient for heat transfer applications;

    • Funnel Shaped Nozzle: DUROZZLE's nozzle is carefully cut and polished to have funnel shape structure. This will avoid accumulating material at the dead corners in this way to reduce risk of carbonization and nozzle blockage;

    • One For Any Filaments: Its excellent abrasion resistant property makes it is not only suitable for highly abrasive filaments eg. CF, GF, Metal filled etc, but also works well with regular filaments eg PLA, ABS, TPU, PETG etc.
