Shipping from China
At the current stage, all orders will be fulfilled from our stock in China. We’re working hard to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
- For orders with a product net value under $49, a small shipping fee of $3 will be applied.
- Orders with a product net value of $49 or more qualify for free economy shipping!
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

What can I do if my country is not included in the list?
If your location isn’t listed as a shipping destination, don’t worry! Just reach out to our friendly support team at support@durozzle.com, and we’ll assist you in any way we can.
Should I pay for any Import Duties and Taxed?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Durozzle.com is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48~72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@durozzle.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
As our Refund Policy, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full product value minus the shipping costs. Pls note that you need to be responsible for return shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@durozzle.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
