Extreme Heat Resistance & Flame Retardancy : It boasts excellent heat resistance and can be used long-term in environments above 200°C (with a maximum heat deflection temperature of 264°C), along with outstanding self-extinguishing performance.
Tangle-Free Winding & Moisture-Proof Packaging : The 1.75mm filament uses a precision winding process to prevent tangling and jamming during feeding. Each roll weighs 750g, and the spool is vacuum-sealed at the factory to completely keep out moisture. After use, you just need to thread the filament end into the spool's fixing hole to keep it neatly wound.
Recommended Printing Parameters for PPS-CF10 Filament : To achieve high-quality printed parts with DUROZZLE PPS-CF10 filament, the recommended nozzle temperature is 310–350°C, heated bed temperature is 100–120°C, and printing speed ranges from 30 to 300 millimeters per second. Dry the filament at 100°C for 10 hours prior to printing, set the retraction distance to 1mm, and adjust the cooling fan speed between 0% and 50%. Apply adhesive glue or Magigoo to the printing bed to improve adhesion.
Reinforced Hard Edge Cardboard Spool : Upgraded packaging design with edge reinforcement coating on the cardboard spool and outer box. The hard edge prevents dust damage, spool deformation and material delamination during storage and transportation.
